Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a workshop, purchasing a terrarium, or using our online shop.

1. Introduction

These terms govern your relationship with Fern & Glass. By accessing our website, purchasing our botanical products, or booking a build-your-own workshop, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined on this page. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Workshop Bookings & Cancellations

Our terrarium and moss art workshops require advance booking and payment to secure your spot. We carefully prepare materials, plants, and glass vessels for each registered participant.

  • Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within seven days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
  • If Fern & Glass needs to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date.

3. Online Shop & Product Purchases

We strive to display our plants, kits, and terrariums as accurately as possible. However, because plants are living things, slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. The item you receive may look slightly different from the photographs in our online shop.

Custom terrarium orders require a non-refundable deposit before design work begins. Once a custom piece is completed and accepted, it cannot be returned.

4. Plant Care & Liability

We provide detailed plant care guides to help your new ecosystem thrive. However, Fern & Glass cannot be held responsible for the health or survival of plants once they leave our studio. Factors such as lighting, watering habits, and environment are beyond our control. If you have concerns about your plant's health shortly after purchase, please contact us for advice.
